Pros: Nothing as good to say,management is so rude and didn't support anyone, partiality is one of the worst thing here. they don't know how to deal with his employee. I have been working at Zinavo Technologies full-time.
Pros: We are very happy...we improved our conversion rate and our brand image. Customers tell us they love it . Cons: There is nothing to find that much about this company. Advice to Management: Zinavo technology has done excellent work in implementing our design ideas. I enjoy being able to modify page content and to truly develop a blog on our site.
Once again, the person who has written this cannot tell the difference between Pros and Cons. And there are two SEO Managers!! Note the dates on both the reviews.

Pros: Nothing best about Zinavo to say. Simply worst.
Cons: Treats employees like slave, charges more for client for a small work, pays less to employee for a much work. Full of pressure. Office timing only for name-shake, but actual timing is 24*7. No government holidays. No proper basic needs like drinking water etc. Advice to Management: Treat employees as a Human not as a dog/slave.

I have been working at Zinavo Technologies full-time (Less than a year).
Pros: Dont Get Excited By Seeing Their Website.
Cons: All the clients displayed on their website are fake and they dont know about web designing itself. Advice to Management: Basically, Zinavo Technologies is simply showcasing on their website saying they have international clients. Please my humble request is dont get astonished by seeing their website. Their team is only 8 people and they cannot understand client requirements properly and get the work done within time frame. If the time frame they have given is for 2 months, they will start working in the half of the second month.

Pros: Zinavo is a good place to work with. Very good working ambiance people are friendly around us, have freedom of taking decision. Management is also approachable. Company is responsive to associates needs. Cons: Pay scale is average. Will be enthused if good pay is provided.
